Product Description
P DECO 70 is liquid coagulant used in decolorizing of waste water independently or supplemented with inorganic coagulants or with Flocculants based on the performance requirement. P DECO 70is efficient for colored plant waste water. This is a suitable product to treat activated, acidic and disperse, reactive dye stuffs. This is highly efficient product for treating the waste water from tannery for primary and secondary effluent treatment and for high efficiency color TSS removal.

Directions for Use
P DECO 70Polymers may be unloaded manually or pumped directly into the dilution tank from the container. Prepare stock and feed solution (up to 10% w/v) by using clear filtered water. For small systems chemicals can be dosed by gravity or by dosing equipment. However for large systems use of dosing system is recommended for optimum efficiency. Our Sales Engineer will recommend the dosing and system best suited for your requirement.
Limitations & Handling
Harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If material gets on skin, washwith plenty of water. If eyes are affected,immediately flush with water for atleast 10 minutes and get medical attention. Use protective clothing, gloves and goggles. Washout empty containers thoroughly with water before disposal.
Storage
Keep container tightly closed in a cool place.

Product Description
PFLOC 5088is high efficiency polyelectrolyte, specially designed for solid-liquid separation process. Applications include sedimentation, thickening and clarification of suspension; clarification of aqueous liquor by sedimentation; De-watering of pulp and sludge for the recovery of liquor or disposal of solids by filtration and centrifugation sludge for the recovery of liquor or disposal.

Directions for Use
PFLOC 5088 may be fed into the vortex of the stirred tank. Eductor may be used for efficient dispersion of polymer. Paddle stirrers operating at 30 to 60 rpm is recommended for dissolution.Use filtered water, free from suspended solids to prepare stock solution of 0.2 to 0.5% of concentration. Prepare feed solution by diluting stock solution about ten times directly or on-line diluting. Water may be heated to 50°C to accelerate the dissolution. Higher temperatures are not recommended PFLOC 5088 dosage for clarification is normally between 0.5 to 3.0 ppm depending on suspended solids.

Directions for Use
PFLOC 6065 may be unloaded manually or pumped directly into the dilution tank from the container. Prepare stock solution (1.0 to 1.5%w/v) of the polyelectrolyte using filtered water. Prepare feed solution by diluting the stock solution directly or by on-line using filtered water. For small systems chemicals can be dosed by gravity or by dosing equipment.
Limitations & Handling
Do not store the material in open. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use. These products exhibit very low order of oral toxicity. No special care is required in handling these products.
