P-fix

P FIX is a high-cationicity copolymer of epichlorohydrin and alkylamine designed to neutralize anionic charges in paper fibers, enhancing the efficiency of cationic chemicals in the wet end and fixing AKD molecules to fibers.

• Application: Recommended dilution with fresh water (50-300 GPL) in thick stock of pulp, best added to the thick stock line leading to the fan pump or suction of the machine chest pump.
• Handling: Non-hazardous; wear protective shoes and gloves. In case of spills, use absorbent material and clean up promptly. If ingested, induce vomiting and seek medical attention.
• Ecological Information: No adverse effects on sewage treatment plants.
